Fair question. A majority defines "they". When indicating a plural pronoun, the rules for plurality are not met if any other pronoun would fit the category. Only 51% exclusively fits a plurality of a single category.

A quorum is for the 'validity' of some action-taking body. The term quorum "is from a Middle English wording of the commission formerly issued to justices of the peace." According to Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, the "requirement for a quorum is protection against totally unrepresentative action in the name of the body by an unduly small number of persons."

Well if we're being "serious" (yawn!) then you would determine the "statistical significance" to verify a "null hypothesis".

I think this means you would obtain DNA samples of all the spooge in public areas and determine what percentage belongs to the Syrian/Arab halagroup.

And you clearly have no clue about female ejaculate in an open environment, which would evaporate very quickly.

Even assuming a female secretes (or is it excretes) on a public space (so she's not wearing underwear), etc - you will not get a complete sample as you will miss those women who masturbate in public but wear panties and don't squirt (or drip).

To the contrary, a null hypothesis is actually nothing in itself. It can be 'accepted' or 'rejected', but it cannot be verified...since it a a pure negative.

"Statistical significance" is a measure of 'confidence', and is used to determine the weight of something. Of course it can be used in an argument of inference, but that does not make the 'null hypothesis' anything more than nothing.

It depends upon what you mean by "female ejaculate". The term is traditionally associated with a male, so you are using metaphor when applying it to a female. It would metaphorically closer to something with reproductive association. Cervical mucous has no genomic content, so you must mean menstrual flow, which does not evaporate so quickly.

Yes, for the functional purpose of decision-making. But a reference to 'they' is a passive denotation, and hence a plurality is necessary in the definition.
