Can you spot the problem with this child's spelling homework?

This school worksheet has gone viral after a mother shared a picture of her son's homework on Twitter

The above picture shows a genuine piece of homework that a class of year six pupils at a school in Kent were sent home with last week.

The image has gone viral since it was posted on Twitter by user @Pandamoanimum, real name Amanda, who also wrote:

"My son has spellings from school that they want him to learn.

"I'm currently holding my head and sighing."

After it was posted on Sunday it's since been retweeted 1,800 times, and has attracted scores of comments - many from people suggesting the image was faked:

Others criticised Amanda for sharing it in the first place, and expressed sympathy for the teacher:

@john_self @Pandamoanimum You can get word blind after editing and re-editing. That teacher needs a TA to proof read for them.

Most were merely incredulous at the number of spelling and grammar errors, including Cbeebies presenter Alex Winters:

Responding to the many replies, Amanda wrote:
"1. This is, unfortunately, totally genuine. It was stuck into ny 10 year old son's literacy homework book.
"2. If you think it's fake then that's your prerogative. But it's not.
"3. I don't care if you think it's fake.
"4. I haven't shamed anoyone as i have mentioned no names, the teacher or the school and, obviously, wouldn't name them on social media either.
"5. I will be, of course, going into the school and questioning why something so littered with errors was sent home.
"6. I appreciate and value teachers but errors like that are just not on. Spellings being sent home that are incorrect is a big issue in my opinion.
"7. If you're going to shout and swear at me about it, then can I just politely say F*** OFF "
Amanda posted an update late on Sunday evening that seemed to shed a little light on the original error-strewn sheet:
