100 Clays

Just going to shoot 100 clays, will not be easy in the rain while wearing specs.

Make sure you give them enough "lead" as rain on your glasses can magnify the distance and make the Clay look nearer than it is. [bet you didn't know that]

Only hit 68, the rain on my specs drove me mad.
My D I L got 76.
The aerosolz used midi clays on 2 standz, with rain made it difficult

It was exceedingly slippy underfoot whilst walking to the next stand, I slipped and jarred my back, the quad came and fetched me back up hill to the hut, was I grateful..

There are thousands of places to go up and down this country, Tom
Most are on Sunday mornings, turn up with the correct equipment, MUNNY, licence and shoot.
If you are on your own the bossman will soon fond someone who will welcome you to join them.
Most Sunday morning shoots are 50 birds but I do a down 50 then a return back 50.

Summer evening shoots are brill.

some grounds you dont even need a licence for (though you will have to have either someone with a licence , known to the staff or a member of the staff, with you at all times.

I don't have a license but have shot a 12 gauge before.

Will be one of the things I will try to do this year!
