all airbnb's solution will do is loose it customers

If you are putting up a room for rent, I dont care WHAT anyone says....YOU have then total unmitigated right to determin, using whatever measure you want, who shall be there.

as to renting a property as a whole that may be different , after all thats approaching a commercial transaction and as such is probably different..YOU are not having to "live with em"


personally i recon its a dumb way to rent rooms in your home out anyway...

I'd want to personally vet anyone I allowed into my home...so........
