Lots of young kids have put Kittens in Micro-Waves,
and other small animals as well. There must be a degree of sadism in them.

I don't believe children as young as three can be sadistic.
They would have no knowledge of how dangerous putting the baby in the oven would be.
They probably knew it was wrong....but that's what happens when you leave babies to look after babies.
