Why should they have to pay, for what is the ultimate, in contraception?
People that have these operations are trying to prevent pregnancies thereby actually restricting adding to the overstuffed NHS.
It's not an operation that men want borne out of vanity, but necessity and a sensible solution!
Explain how it's fair to ask them to pay for it themselves?
