Frontex publishes Annual Risk Analysis 2015

Frontex promotes, coordinates and develops European border management in line with the EU fundamental rights charter applying the concept of Integrated Border Management.
THere's a lot to read for anyone that's interested in how the EU borders are managed and monitered.

I've seen the figure of 4000 terrorists infiltrating into the EU under the surge of migration towards the EU. Is this where it came from?

National borders should be completely controlled by respective nations... EU open borders is complete catastrophe!

The risk analysis is in relation to people coming into the EU from outside its borders.
