Personally, I just try to do what makes my girlfriend happy...
At the moment she likes to be laid out on the bed...with half a coconut on each breast... and a slice of melon on her 'lady part'... while I make an entrance, fully naked except for a hat of fruit on my head, and a full erection with a band of flowers hanging off it, with the 'A-GA-DO' music playing and me doing the dance moves using only my flower draped erection...!
The 'to the left, to the right' bit is easy enough... but the rest is tough... it's definitely a 'work in progress'... and to be honest, I must say, the eye contact and her laughing doesn't help at all...!!!
