Louisville Beats Michigan for National College Basketball Championship

Luke Hancock produced another huge game off the bench, scoring 22 points, and Pitino became the first coach to win national titles at two schools when Louisville rallied from another 12-point deficit to beat Michigan 82-76 in the NCAA championship game Monday night.
"This team is one of the most together, toughest and hard-nosed teams," the coach said. "Being down never bothers us. They just come back."

Basketball is great to look at -- lots of flash -- but I find that from a game standpoint, it sort of sucks. Just my opinion, of course, but it seems like either the game itself doesn't matter because one team blows out the other from a rather early point, or only the last few baskets matter when the teams are more evenly matched.

But I love taking photos at basketball games. Like I said, plenty of action. Smile

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan. To me, the refs have too much control over the outcome of the game. It's the most over officiated sport there is. I have a friend who is a Louisville fanatic fan +1, and I was happy his team won. Now the Louisville ladies have got to win. Wink
