Sky can cut out a little bit in bad weather like torrential rain whereas virgin rarely does
Sky has boxsets whereas virgin doesn't

That's all I got

Virgin has something called a Tivo Box. You can record 3 programmes at the same time and the usual catch up facilities, along with You Tube and Netflix. I've rarely had a problem with weather regarding my Tivo Box.

I like Sky....plus we recently got a good deal because we had some trouble with the skybox and threatened to leave.
