Unfortunately it would kill the patient as well as the virus..

See, that's exactly what I mean. There is a provision for what you are suggesting, called the 25th Amendment. If a president is deemed by the VP and the members of the cabinet to be physically or mentally incapable of carrying out his duties then the VP can be named acting president.

That would remain in force until the president declares, in writing, that he is able to resume his duties. If that never happens then the VP would be the acting president through the remainder of the president’s term.

But they are all Republicans. As we've already seen with the impeachment proceedings, Republicans are enablers of Trump. If Republicans can't impeach him, why would we expect his own cabinet to remove him? Republicans are a cult.

And, btw, is Pence any better?
