Yes I think a lot of it is smoke and mirrors and an outlet to brag about how great your life is.
Dawn Ward in the clip above, features in a TV programme called 'The real housewives of Cheshire'. She is portraying herself above as a positive happy woman, in reality she is an argumentative bitter woman, usually drunk, forever causing trouble then crying when the other women find out how two faced she is.
Her interview above is a good indication of how people lie about themselves on social media.
