I know.  We have the same problem with cops in America.

The cops fixate on one race/religion or another, and develop these profile-lists of criminals.  Then, presto, it turns out they get to be the ones arrested.  You make up the bad guy, and arrest the a type according to the profile...and none of this difficult fussing with proving the crime with actual evidence.

It's called a self-fulfilling prophecy.  The prison population swells with racial or religious types that cops predicted to be bad.  Who are they?  Anyone the cops don't like, natch.

Remember...like the officials in a football game, the officials initiate penalty-calling.  It all begins with them, so look to their biases before looking beyond the card or flag.

No quill...

If you look at the examples given further down, of where police have bent over backwards to avoid arresting and prosecuting moslems (child rape gangs and FGM), and the purely political reason for the suppressing of a report about moslem gangs of child rapists just before the 2010 gen elec... you will see what I was talking about on other thread...

Yes, "examples"...anecdotal evidence. I've said many times, you can't generalize from specifics.

If you're going to make a generalized argument, you must have quantitative evidence. If you want to tell a story, you can use anecdotal evidence. The two are categorically different.

You can find your own examples of how police in the U.S. have occasionally mistreated minorities. Here are a few:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2018/06/20/police-fatally-shoot-17-year-old-antwon-rose-fleeing-traffic-stop-east-pittsburgh/719334002/

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/unarmed-black-man-diante-yarber-shot-10-times-police-busy-barstow-california-parking-lot-family-says/

https://abcnews.go.com/US/police-officer-arrested-fatal-shooting-unarmed-man/story?id=56230904

All from this year. Now, the vast majority of U.S. cops wouldn't do this, but there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Xlnt. Color still seems to be the big barrier, tho religion can be a surrogate. Even there, there seems to be a skin color issue...thus the phrase, persons of color.
