Of course the stupid idiot should be jailed...

That brainless fool should never have been on a motorway in the first place if she's so careless and incompetent..

Should have been charged with the equivalent of negligent manslaughter/ careless driving causing death. Motorist who ran out of fuel on the M25 before her cousin was killed when their car was hit by a lorry is JAILED for three years in first case of its kind in UK 3862633342
And she should be banned from driving for life -- 3-and-a-half years is plain ridiculous..

The lorry driver was no better. He should have kept his distance so he had time to stop. When will people learn to keep the correct distance from the vehicle in front?

Too true, that...

Over here, the legal distance required is a 3 second gap for cars and motorbikes, 5 seconds for trucks and buses..

Still,  "two wrongs don't make a right".
