Good for the coroner and I hope he's backed up on this but I'm not sure if you can tell a family where they may, or may not, scatter a loved one's ashes?
Hopefully, Brady's family will be respectful of that and just toss him in the trash.

I have an alternative suggestion.

They could just cut him up and throw him to some pigs to eat, to be later passed as pig shit.

He wants to be cremated, so I would bury him in some dark hole in the middle of nowhere, and no one will be able to visit him. Leave him near the top so rats and wildlife can take chunks out of him.
