There's bad blood between the punched (Jose Bautista) and the Rangers since Bautista did this to them last year in the playoffs (the bat flip):



Then, in Saturday's game, he took a high, cleats-first slide (not shown in the video) which can cause a serious injury. At this point, Odor (who's a bit of a hothead) apparently decided, "Fuck Jose Bautista."

Oder ought to be permanently banned from organized baseball. This is precisely what caused the NFL to permanently ban Ray Rice from professional football (a punch in the face). Equal justice for all.

Really true. And in baseball, sometimes the smallest thing causes some player to flip out. I remember one fight started because, after he hit a home run, Reggie Jackson trotted too slowly around the bases. Too slowly?! Wassup wi' that?

They get all pissed over the slightest thing. Flipping a bat? Next it will be stepping on daisies.
