See the Pet Shop Boys are headlining Edinburgh tonight Phil!, that would be great to see, but would remind me of my mate who passed over nearly three months back ... We used to listen to them all the time.

Pretty damn drunk, to be honest. But the thing about me is, I can usually function pretty well when intoxicated. I was a bit buzzed on the drive home but still saw a number of people really not holding it together -- unable to stay in one lane, etc. I actually ended up trying to shepherd a few of them through some trickier parts of the route, like places where you have to make multiple lane changes.
What can I say, I'm of Irish and German ancestry. I guess handling my beer is in my genome

Guess we've all done it, but I hate the feeling of not being in control. Worse was being a bit tipsy while driving back from a restaurant to my hotel in Glasgow. Got lost in back streets. And, damn it, they drive on the wrong side there. It was a mess.
