[ltr]Sgt. Joey Johnson has used a wheelchair since August 2012 when he was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident following a 10-month tour in Afghanistan.[/ltr]
[ltr]But at his June 2014 wedding to Michelle Johnson, he surprised his beautiful bride bystanding for the first time since the crash during their first dance.[/ltr]

[ltr]After returning from Afghanistan in 2012, Joey suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder. Looking for a rush, he took up motorcycle riding, according to his wife. Just four months after meeting Michelle at a country music concert, he got into an accident that paralyzed him from the chest down.[/ltr]
[ltr]Without Michelle's knowledge, Joey's friends created a special harness for him to wear at the wedding, which made the couple's first dance to "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri possible.[/ltr]

[ltr]"If you know Joey, he cannot keep a secret," Michelle told ABC News. "But he made my dreams come true and I never knew how special our day would really be.[/ltr]
[ltr]The bride said there was nary a dry eye in the place during the emotional dance.[/ltr]
[ltr]"Everyone was crying in the room," she said. "It was so amazing to be eye to eye with him again and such a dream come true."[/ltr]
[ltr]Check out some more photos from the wedding below. For more on this couple's touching love story, head over to ABC News.[/ltr]

Is brilliant Victor.

Have to go buddy, see you tomorrow.

To Veya will answer our post tomorrow, but you are basing a view on Marco Polo that others could not have done the same, you need to prove that, because as much as he was influential, there have been many such influential people in history and I ll explain more tomorrow, as I have no time tonight

All the best everyone

Actually I am not 100% macro polo is a real person there is plenty to suggest he may be fictional though there is no doubt that several intrepid adventures did take advantage of the trade routes. the point is Whoever tried could only make the journey because of the removal of Tariffs and bandits under the Mongols. And if it wasn't for the very culturally open Kublai Khan then every chance they would not have come back with the wealth they did and if they didn't have the wealth others wouldn't have been motivated to go and attempt the journey themselves.

Definitely rigged up -- still, very touching.

I was just going to say, going off how he took up motorcycles after his tour -- there's a long history of men who went off to war and then turned to crime in peacetime because nothing else about peacetime could offer the same adrenaline rush.

Four of the Marines in the Humvee—Sgt. Jesse Strong, 24; Cpl. Jonathan Bowling, 23; Lance Cpl. Karl Linn, 20; and Cpl. Chris Weaver, 24—were killed. Five others were injured. Of the 10 men in his vehicle, only Boyd escaped without injury.

A few months later, Boyd was back in Virginia, working a third shift at a Frito-Lay plant. He had trouble sleeping. When he did sleep, he had nightmares about the raid. Boyd soon discovered that if he drank until he passed out, he didn't dream.

Boyd's twin sister, Crystal, remembers the change in her brother happening gradually. She knew Chris as a cheerful, easygoing family man. Slowly, he grew anxious, irritable, and sullen. He began to distance himself from his girlfriend and their two sons. Before long, he started carrying a gun, a .380 pistol. He explained that he wanted to be able to protect his family.

One Saturday morning in 2008, Boyd finished his shift and began to drink. In the evening, a friend drove him to a party. The last thing Boyd says he remembers is sitting in the front seat of the car outside the party, drinking liquor. When he woke up, he was in a police car, on his way to jail. The police officer told Boyd that he had shot his friend in the chest. The bullet made a clean exit, and the friend lived. Corporal Boyd was sentenced to five years in prison.
