Max Clifford Guilty!

28th April 2014

PR guru Max Clifford has been found guilty of a string of sex attacks on teenage girls.

The 71-year-old became the first person to be convicted under the high profile Operation Yewtree sex crime investigation at Southwark Crown Court.

He was found guilty of eight indecent assaults, cleared of two and the jury was unable to reach a verdict on one other.

Wasn't operation Yewtree launched in part BECAUSE of shamed paedophile Jimmy Savile and his heinous crimes Andy?

Investigating high profile Peadophiles and encouraging victims to come forward if they have suffered at the hands of Paedophiles , regardless of who these child molesters are.

Probably if the police had taken such matters more seriously years back, then these predatory monsters like Savile and now Clifford, would have had far less victims.

And we wouldn't have that bag log of monsters to deal with now.

Put all the paedos in a cell together and leave the beasts to it.

Bit it's great to know at least some victims are getting some justice, I hope the judge doesn't go too easy on him, they lot often seem to get easy sentences...

Let's see on Friday.

Hey Gerbs...I think he has been found guilty for a good reason, things are beginning to be more scrutinized now...especially since Jimmy Savile....

I can tolerate thieves, violent people etc if I really had too, but not rapists and child molesters....

Their the scum of the faking earth Gerbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I would never like to see an innocent man go down, but the Jury deliberated for a few days on this one..

Savile was caught too late and used his status to frighten kids from speaking out, they traced many of his moves which usually always led to children, what the fcuk would he have wanted to constantly hang around with small girls for????...

Other than the obvious, everywhere he went he made sure it would be a place children (mainly small and young girls were) would be.

Gerbs say you had a wee 6 year old girl amd a bloke in his fifties came to the door to ' see her' ...

The man had a letter in his bedside table, like a trophy, from a girl who was 15 years old when he abused her and the letter told him how he had ruined her life. There was much more evidence against him than the others.

Thing have changed.

I was the size of a ladybird in the seventies, small, diminutive covered in spots and flighty.

My peers at school thought nothing of going to a Casino in the Shires and hodnobbing with the great and the good......... 15, 16, 17..... two were as young as 14.

First division footballers, big screen stars and musicians.

We got to know many. Some of them better than i did !! It was a huge Saturday night at the ** and get a lift home if you could having missed the last bus or stayed over with an alibi from someone.......... I kid you not.

It was not my game but theirs. They are all still living, happily married and have never batted an eyelid.............. It happened and the quicker the rest wake up and realise the girls were out for kicks as well as the " Stars " the better.

My school peers went just for that................. I kid you not. That is why I am so against what has been happening. They thought they could get anything from anyone, they did have a background, they did dress well they could afford to go to the right places to meet the right guy who would get employment for them at a salary they would be happy with. It happened. They had the right accents knew how to behave.........dressed appropriately for the occasion that would get them noticed and it always worked..... They hunted and they got the prize...........

Max Clifford has been found guilty in a British court of law by a jury of several of the charges against him.

I accept that things that may have been acceptable a few years ago are not now but what he appears to have done goes way beyond that.

That's right Irn, if he has done those things then he deserves the punishment..
And a court has found him guilty for good reason.

I was starting to made to feel as though I shouldn't comment on this thread,

And the more people who try to lass off things like this as trivial really should think hard, what if that was their daughter or granddaughter who had been treated badly and molested?

The onus is on the adult to ensure they don't get sexually involved with minors, it's just not right.

If a lassie looks really young, she probably is.

I have already gone into great detail earlier.

Me is female and of the age when this was all happening. Females were not innocent, the ones that got involved did so for the money, kudos you name it. The fact they came away with nothing then and now have another opportunity to get cash is pitiful.

I sometimes dislike the female sex, and we are supposed to be the weaker......... Those ladies / girls knew exactly what they were doing and they did for their own benefit.
