I just fell over....

Running to answer the bloody phone. 
I actually did what my 2 year old does and went down Splat!!! On my whole body!!
It bloody hurt and I think I re-broke my toe
It was my OH on the phone and I said to him "Ooooooh! I've just fallen over and really hurt myself!!"
He says "I thought that was the beginnings of an earthquake I heard..."

if you have broken your toe you will know about it edds, nothing can be done though apart from strapping it up to the next toe as a splint. Hope your okay xx

Edds soak the toe in a large glass of neat Gin. When the black line appears and confirms the break, drink said Gin in one go and then sleep off the pain..

I strapped it to my other toe and have got on with it? Like all us women do because we are soldiers!
My OH came home early that night and I said to him "oh it really throbs! Look it's all going purple!"

that calls for some type of sneaky retaliation - like punching him when he is sleeping and when he wakes up say he was dreaming...if a bruise appears claim he was sleepwalking.

sounds like its broken , but you have done the right thing it takes about six weeks to heal , i broke my little toe in 2006 and it still hurts a lot at times .

Change the strapping from the next toe to a full blown arm sling..................... OH will then have to everything. Could be painful and need suspending for weeks and weeks and weeks.........
