Oliva, who was once jailed for trying to strangle his mother, wrote: 'I never loved anyone like I did JonBenét and yet I let her slip and her head bashed in half and I watched her die. It was an accident. Please believe me. She was not like the other kids.'

In another letter, Oliva wrote, 'JonBenét completely changed me and removed all evil from me. Just one look at her beautiful face, her glowing beautiful skin, and her divine God-body, I realized I was wrong to kill other kids. Yet by accident she died and it was my fault.'

Jesus H Christ. Her Divine God Body? WTF!!!

And why are parents allowed to dress these kids up like mini adult women. It's wrong!

Wasn't her mother under suspicion at one time?

Dressing these little kids up to look like little women, plastering them in makeup and encouraging them to act like showgirls is a gift for perverts.

Poor kids, and poor JonBenet, she paid the ultimate price, others just lose their childhoods pandering to the whims of their parents.

Wasn't Oliva the crackpot wannabe who confessed just to gain notoriety? I believe the police proved that he could not have done it. Something about him being in Asia at the time.

Hmmm, there's no evidence that JonBenet was targeted by perverts, or that her taking part in pageants had anything to do with her death.

There was a ransom note so did this chap plan on kidnapping her for money or what? In that case, how come she ended up in the basement with a garrote round her neck? She died of asphyxiation, not the blow to her head.
