Man or woman, he/she is obviously incredibly aggresive and threatening.

My sympathies lie with the poor shop worker who had to put up with all the needless drama and unpleasantness.

This is the result of pandering to people and being afraid to offend all and sundry. This person is behaving in a masculine way, looks like a man, walks like a man, speaks like a man...so you can't blame people for going by what they see. The body language is masculine. If you want to be a woman, don't then act like a man when things are going wrong for you. You can't have it both ways and expect people to know what's going on in your head. Clearly, this person has been called a man before and it's pissed them off. But that's no excuse for such aggressive behaviour. And is this behaviour taking place because this person knows they are shielded and excused by the whole culture of walking on eggshells round transsexuals?
