Two hours off the coast of Colombia is a small island home to over 1,200 people. Santa Cruz del Islote is 4 times as dense as Manhattan. But those who live there say they wouldn't give it up for anything.

I reckon you would want to like fish, as there wouldn't be much else to eat...

And you would need to be reasonably keen on boating and swimming -- otherwise you could be in for a bit of strife..
