Obama laughs while his legacy rips the world apart

The Obama family is having fun and staying fit while on their tropical vacation to Hawaii this week.

Former First Lady Michelle and Harvard University freshman Malia were spotted during a sweat session at Corepower Yoga in Kailua on Wednesday, photographs captured by TMZ show.

Malia is seen sporting black and orange gym shorts with a matching tank top as she carries an exercise mat through the studio, which also appears to serve as a shop.

A smiling Michelle is pictured chatting with other yoga goers while wearing black tights and a tank top with a ball cap.

The youngest Obama, Sasha, and former President, Barack, did not appear to be in attendance to the session.

Meanwhile, a video posted to social media shows Barack greeting locals and getting serenaded by them afterward.

Bells are heard ringing as he shakes several hands and says: 'I hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas.'

One of them can be heard telling him, 'We love you so much!' while another adds, 'thank you so much!'

Actually, you can. The US Constitution describes the basis for impeachment as "high crimes and misdemeanors..." That is not a legal term, and it can mean anything that Congress says it means. The inclusion of "misdemeanors" in the phrase, means he could be impeached for a parking ticket.

Remember, impeachment is a political process, not a legal proceeding. He will be criminally tried after the impeachment.

Russ, how can you make a statement like that, and not see the common sense of my plan for the Pacific States of America? A civil war is much more extreme than merely factoring such a huge nation into orderly regions.

We are at that point right now...where push comes to shove. Either we admit that we are not a nation of laws--and get ready to release all prisoners in prisons--or we have to take some heavy dudes down (no pun intended). We'll let a jury decide whether they broke the law, but they must face due process or we admit that our country is a sham.

If we are indeed a nation of privileged people, and not a nation of laws, then it will come to a civil war...or at least the brink of one. And for what? The people of the south want nothing to do with the people of the west coast and/or those of the northeast. Why bother keeping it together? I'm thinking, if you are right and things are that bad, a much better solution would be to just walk apart...walk away. You've made the point that it's hot enough to be a civil war, just redirect the heat to a walk-away.
