[*]Some schoolchildren in Year 6 have been given the official survey by the NHS 
[*]The pupils were asked to tick a correct box to say if they are a 'boy, girl or other'
[*]They were asked if they 'feel' the same inside as the gender they were born with

When I was in 4th/5th/6th class we didn't even use the term "gender"...
(Ten-year-olds in 6th class !?!    Kids shouldn't be starting at four years..).

That sounds like the kind of stuff should be introduced in the 'Personal Development, Heath and Physical Education ' syllabus in high school..

And governments certainly shouldn't be introducing tnat style of "social engineering" in schools anyway --  that would be disenfranchising responsible parents, while encouraging the loopy fringe-dwellers.

It's the kind of interffering approach you would expect from Maoist China, McCarthyist America, or some of the more authoritarian Middle East countries..
