It was on LBC news and talk radio that Trump's team were seen to be giving tickets away.

And yet I was talking to a friend who is American and she said it was packed as in the picture and that there were thousands that never made it because of the distance .

You don't disappoint.  We just don't believe.  

The entire proceeding was televised, so we saw for ourselves.  The seats were markedly empty.  In the photo you show, the seats beyond the Capitol Reflecting Pool (3rd St. SW) have been ignored by way of a lower perspective, making the crowd look tighter.  In point of fact, the back seats were mostly vacant.

Here the camera is turned around, with an elevated shot looking toward the capitol building.

That's okay but you just don't like him so you will grasp at everything to make him look bad . He's still the President no matter what you believe isn't he ?

What I admit to, is GRASPING AT THE TRUTH.  That seems to be inconvenient to the Trump school.

Republicans, please, I beg you. Look at what you voted for compared to your own values. He's surrounded by Wall Street (Bannon. Wilber, Mnuchin), he's using an unsecured phone and server ("lock him up"), he's signing executive orders (while having a GOP house and senate) all of which will negatively affect you. "Give him a chance" has turned into "he's keeping his campaign promises". But he isn't!!! I'm not saying you need to be angry like libs, but please express concern for those things you value as much as those things you hate.

I think you must agree with me that the minority, in this case, would be Trump and his administration.  He lost the popular vote to the Democratic candidate by 3-million votes, and the overall vote by 10-million votes.

And I must agree with you that the minority is behaving like a baby to the opposition he is getting from the majority.  The "so-called" president continues to destroy any chance at unity in the US by undertaking all of these provocative edicts, despite having a Congress that is of his own party and is perfectly capable of legislating on its own, should it wish.  Perhaps he is even a minority in his own party?  

It's not democracy that is the fickle thing, it's the demagogue that want's to break out of democracy.

Tom Brady leads greatest comeback in Super Bowl history as Patriots beat Falcons in OT

HOUSTON – Down 25 points in the third quarter, Tom Brady delivered the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history on Sunday, befitting of his status as greatest quarterback of all time.

New England, down and almost out against Atlanta in the third quarter, stormed back to force overtime and then won their fifth Super Bowl 34-28. Brady captured his fourth Super Bowl MVP award by throwing for 466 yards and two touchdowns.

Brady and company officially claimed the Lombardi Trophy after James White capped the Patriots’ overtime drive with a 2-yard touchdown run, ending an eight-play, 75-yard drive against a gassed Falcons defense.

The victory will go down as arguably the sweetest in Patriots lore, as team owner Robert Kraft said as much in the postgame celebration as he received the championship trophy from commissioner Roger Goodell, a ceremony that was equally loud in cheers for the champs and boos for the league commish.

There was a Brady to James White 5-yard touchdown pass. Then there was a Stephen Gostkowski field goal. Then after a strip sack by Donte Hightower of Ryan set the Pats up deep in Atlanta territory, Brady hit Danny Amendola for 6 yards. They then converted the two-point conversion.

With less than three minutes left, Brady, trailing 28-20, led an epic 93-yard touchdown drive that will rank among the most astounding in league history.

They moved the chains on an out to Chris Hogan and then another to Malcolm Mitchell. The Julian Edelman caught a wild one after a deflection that was the Patriots’ answer to the old helmet catch that once did them in. That one went to 28. Three plays later James White scored on a 1-yard run. Then Brady hit Amendola for the tying two-point conversion.

White finished with 14 receptions for 110 yards and totaled two touchdowns, one receiving and the other the run that made the Patriots champions.

Atlanta looked like they had it in the bag in the 3rd quarter..
