I predict 500 deaths on the 29th and 1,000,000,000 on New Year's Eve.

OMG ...that poor surviving grand son; so much grief all at the same time. Debbie Reynolds was quite the fiesty little lady, I liked every play /movie/TV sitcom she was in.

So very sad....RIP Debbie Reynolds. x
She was being discussed on the radio this morning, it was said that though a Hollywood star she never found the same level of fame as her daughter.
I think people forget that that she was a HUGE star back in the day. When her best friend Liz Taylor pinched her husband (Carries dad) from under her nose it was an international scandal that almost brought Taylors career to an end.
I loved her in Tammy when I was a kid....she was beautiful.

She was heartbroken that her Carrie had gone.
She had plenty of emotional trauma in her life, with all three husbands committing adultery with high profile women. One spent all her money and bankrupted her.
Poor Debbie. Talented lady. She's gone to a better place.

When I saw Debbie play Tammy....(I must have been 8 or 9) I asked my mum if my hair would go in a ponytail like Tammys did, it did, and I wore it like that for years.....so she was a trend setter as well.
