Fast food giant Subway has removed ham and bacon from almost 200 outlets, and switched to halal meat alternatives in an attempt to please its Muslim customers.
It has confirmed turkey ham and turkey rashers will be used instead in 185 of its stores, where all the meat will now be prepared according to halal rules.

As a matter of curiousity, do you allow yourself to be served food by a non-English person?

Hi gang. I've said before that Halal meat/animals have their throats slit instead of more humane ways of slaughtering animals for shops.
Cruel and barbaric to say the least. I've never shopped there and never will.

Who exactly do you assume I hate any individual?

Principles mean nowt to me, I may have different views from day to day depending upon occurrences .

I go into my local high class Chinky Restaurant as I have done for 30 years to a pleasant greeting and my own table. I am looked after mega so I reciprocate.
On special occasions I have been their guest at family dos.

Before this place my old man used to supply chickens to 'Chicken George' in turn sold them to Chinese Restaurants, he gave the concession to my old man when he opened 2 places, we had all been friends with CG for years, he died last year, great guy, his family and my family still do business together.

He was known as CG throughout the Midlands, his kids even called it him.

So you see, their is one I liked.

His brothers used to buy rotten chicken, wash treat it in their home bath in chemicals then sell to outlying restaurants, they later did it commercially to make mega bucks.

It appears Major doesn't realise that Harrods is not only owned by a Muslim, but it's food hall and steakhouse are halal.
