This is cool (imo)

That's a photo I took of the beach on Galveston Island recently. Sort of ...
I actually took several photos of the beach, then a few days later installed the Google Photos app on my phone.
The morning after I installed it, I checked my phone and found that Google Photos had taken it upon itself to create a panoramic image from my photos. It was basically like, "Hey, I made this for you, what do you think?"

My Google phone did exactly that with this Pano of 3 photos I took last week.

You have a very close relationship with Google and it wants to do you favours. Nice pic, looks familiar.
You know you can actually take a panoramic view photo with your iPhone though, right?

I wasn't so impressed with the ability to take a panoramic photo as I was with the app's initiative

Can do panorama on my Samsung s6 , hopefully wint expkode8 when I try in the morning.

And more southerly, the drive from Ayr through the Galloway Forest is wonderful. Much of Scotland is unspoiled.
