Oh, OK...Valls said these things. So these are political statements, not factual.  At first you seemed to be claiming these to be facts.

Political statements are usually put out to get someone elected or motivate someone—either a person or a population—to take a particular position or action.  It has less to do with factual reality, and more to do with someone's work in progress.

What work in progress does Valls have to make such a statement?  Care to speculate.  Is there some legislation up for a vote?

Oh, before you said it was from security services.  Now it's from the prime minister?  What does the French prime minister know about it?  That's what we have been discussing.  He doesn't say.  More to the point, he doesn't give any factual verification for the claim that they are "extremists".  As I inquired, did they have membership cards?  I should think they would be trying to be more circumspect than that.  By what method did Valls determine they were extremists?
