I see problems with this idea. Getting any Joe Blow to deliver to your home could set you up for property theft, identity theft or even person harm from psychos. What about licensing and bonding to protect the consumer? It just seems creepy to me.

every time i go to walmart, which is not often, i get creeped out by the people. maybe i have just seen too many 'people of walmart' emails. if this idea would cut back on the number of brick and mortar customers then i say go for it. please note that this is not a condenscending comment on the creeps who patronize walmart.
