9th January 2014

Just heard this on the radio - it was the BBC News' headline.

What hit me and made me think was "why are the BBC running this as the headline?" - what is it to us?

Now, are they saying this is the way all victims should act when they have been mugged, raped, been burgled?

Is this the way our leaders want us to go?

Would save them a lot of money and hassle I suppose...

Please discuss.

Well, I supose it could be seen as newsworthy, since I bet its a reasonably rare occurence, But I have to agree that the media's interset is ummm...interesting. I suppose it depends on how much the push it....if its a one off headline then I dont think it should be seen as anything but that, If it gets hyped then we know they have an agenda Suspect
