In some places yes Stormee they ARE merely a cash cow...


we have one road near us where the speed limit, monitored by cameras goes from 60 to 50 back to 60 then to 40 then 30 then 50 again ...all within about 5 miles...


If thats not a clever little trap I dont know what is.....

In other places they have their use,
