At least four people have been killed in a missile strike on a Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) clinic in Yemen, a spokesperson for the aid agency confirmed.
Ten others were injured - including two MSF staff who are in a critical condition - in the medical centre in the Razeh district of Saada province, Malak Shaher said.
She said MSF could not confirm whether the centre was hit in an airstrike by the Saudi-led coalition, or by a rocket fired from the ground.
Raquel Ayora, MSF Director of Operations, said: "There is no way that anyone with the capacity to carry out an airstrike or launch a rocket would not have known that the Shiara Hospital was a functioning health facility providing critical services and supported by MSF."
