Up to 13,000 people have fled to UN compounds in the South Sudan capital to escape clashes between army factions, UN leader Ban Ki-moon said Tuesday after talks with the country's president. Ban called on President Salva Kiir to make "an offer of dialogue" to his opponents to end deadly fighting that erupted Sunday, said UN spokesman Martin Nesirky.

South Sudan has been fighting for a long time (we have a lot of their refugees here, or particularly in my area of Blacktown, scratch we think they may have mistaken the name for instructions)

I generally support them as they have been fighting to split from the Muslim north that wants/has Sharia law. They are Christians and other, the first company they registered as an independent nation was Beer Company.
