Marx is simply a step in the march of political/economic theorists in western history. It goes from Thales and Plato to John Rawls and Sheldon Wolin. The Christian writers were the most abusive. Marx was tame by comparison.

Because of Churchill, we all got our knickers in a knot when Marx came along. Somehow he conjured up fantasies of prison camps and anti-freedom, when all he was doing was deconstructing capitalism and showing what it means. He was primarily continuing the dialogue started by John Locke in Second Treatise. Compare Locke's theories of Labor and Property and see if you don't agree.

This is one thread that yes, goes on and on, but that's not how I interpret spamming.

I'll give you a little background ... Lurker and I have both been members of forums that got hijacked by Ron Paul supporters. You couldn't read a thread on cooking or motorcycle repair or the stock market without a member of their gang jumping in and making it about Ron Paul.

That's the sort of spamming that's banned here -- the sort of thing that falls under stifling debate and disrupting the site.

UPDATE: After BuzzFeed News published this story, we heard from a fifth contestant who remembered Trump visiting the dressing room.
Four women who competed in the 1997 Miss Teen USA beauty pageant said Donald Trump walked into the dressing room while contestants — some as young as 15 — were changing.

NICKO has become the best comedy show in town over recent weeks...

Not happy enough to be recognised as the chief whinger and whiner for the right wing on here, he then attempted to distract and deflect from the unwelcome exposure of one of his British Army heroes as being a leading paedophile in Oz during the 1940s and '50s, and the "establishment's" ongoing coverups and whitewashing..

After failing to redirect attention by blaming Australia for Britain's kidnapping and export (and the subsequent abuses of a significant proportion..)of thousands of unwanted and unwelcome children during WWII,  we were then treated to the sight of those odious and heartless old shrews Horatio and VoD parachuting in to attempt to rescue nicko's puerile antics, by attacking me (and to a lesser extent veya..), and eventually succeeeding in derailing that thread, and having it 'locked'.

And still we see fragile little flower nicko continually trying to to lay blame off onto veya, Quill, Lurker, Andy, and myself --  while at the same time defending those odious hate sites and faux news sources so beloved of those flopettes..
They deserve an A+ for effort,  and a Z-  for any semblance of honesty or decency...
