Be thankful TV news in the UK at least has to pretend to be impartial - they won't always be on your 'side'.

I really hope so too. In a big way. The problem is Labour's theoretically lovely way of electing leaders. In a perfect world that means always the best person is chosen; in reality it means large groups (like Momentum) can swing it to bring in someone with their hardline views. Labour might well have been in power in 2015 had they elected the other brother over awkward Ed...

Momentum, however, have enough power in the Labour party, even if nowhere near enough nationwide.

Don't get me wrong, if I had my own ideally pure way, I'd love someone who was pro-nationalisation and for big spending to win, BUT, I am aware those ideas are not popular with most people. And pragmatically, I'd rather we had a winner, who can actually achieve SOMETHING.

Sadly, I think their are some within Labour who see glorious defeat as something to be proud of...

impartial, you do make I larf. 20 of channel 4 journalists have said their news is biased against the tories.
the BBC is infested with left with activists.
Sky also has a number of activists masquerading as journalists.
